Our client was a FTSE 100 consumer goods company with a challenging global transformation agenda to deliver across almost all areas of the organisation. They were concerned about their ability to deliver effective and sustainable people change across a workforce of 15,000. They needed a partner to help design and mobilise a new change management capability and provide change leadership on their most critical programmes.

We worked collaboratively with our client to build a fit-for-purpose change methodology and toolkit, launched through an immersive change accelerator event and subsequently rolled out to global programme and HR teams. We supplied change managers for four of the organisation’s most complex global transformations. The change managers collaborated with programme and business teams to design and deliver change strategies that better managed risk and embedded new ways of working.

Through the design and delivery work, a stronger change capability was established, providing the client with a platform from which to continue to evolve their change capability – and, ultimately, secure greater business benefits from their change programmes.
