Our client was a leading consumer goods company with a challenging global transformation agenda to deliver across almost all areas of the organization. They were concerned about their ability to deliver effective and sustainable people change across a workforce of 15,000. They needed a partner to help design and mobilize a new change management capability and provide change leadership on their most critical programs.
We worked collaboratively with our client to build a fit-for-purpose change methodology and toolkit, launched through an immersive change accelerator event and subsequently rolled out to global programs and HR teams. We supplied change managers for four of the organization’s most complex global transformations. The change managers collaborated with program and business teams to design and deliver change strategies that better managed risk and embedded new ways of working.
Through the design and delivery work, a stronger change capability was established, providing the client with a platform from which to continue to evolve their change capability – and, ultimately, secure greater business benefits from their change programs.
