Georgina Pipe, Manager at Gate One, has received the highly commended award at this year’s MCA Awards 2023 in the ‘Inclusion Award’ category.

The MCA Awards are the benchmark for quality within the consulting industry and celebrate the true impact that consulting has on our society.

INCLUSION AWARD

Georgina Pipe has been praised by judges as an individual who is “deeply impressive and has been on a journey with their firm from day one.” Georgina stepped up to take ownership of DE&I and build a programme at Gate One to make it a strategic priority, as well as creating an inclusive workspace to celebrate individual differences. Georgina has been instrumental in driving the continued quest to improve on all aspects of DE&I at Gate One. Additionally, at a personal level, she has demonstrated leadership and shown incredible openness to share her personal story and raise awareness of the lived experience of intersex individuals in the workplace.

THOUGHT LEADER CONSULTANT OF THE YEAR

Pamela Walker was also nominated as a finalist in the ‘Thought Leader of the Year’ category. As Partner at Gate One, heading up the life sciences sector and start-up Incubator, as well as co-founder of THENA Capital, Pamela was recognised for her true focus on helping healthcare businesses and entrepreneurs optimise healthcare outcomes and create transformative patient experiences. Throughout her career, she’s been driven to solve underserved problems and support underrepresented groups, such as women’s health.
