We also raise funds for our charity partners throughout the year, while giving colleagues opportunities to do more of what they love – from sponsored runs and fitness sessions to bake sales and pub quizzes.
Our Youth Outreach programme reaches out to future generations of workers, with a series of workshops that gives them the knowledge and skills to explore their career options. We also inspire new career choices internally, through the Incubator – a programme that supports employees in their ambition to develop their own startups.

SEBBY'S CORNER
Sebby’s Corner believes no child should go without the basic essentials they need to thrive. They support referred families living in poverty, families in temporary accommodation, families who have fled domestic abuse, refugees, asylum seekers and victims of modern slavery and human trafficking. They offer a range of services such as family referrals where they provide items as clothing, nappies, formula, toiletries and baby equipment and their Birthday Club where they ensure children don’t go without gifts on their birthday.
RESURGO
Resurgo works to make a difference to those facing barriers to employment. Their programmes have equipped over 8,000 young people to move into long-term employment. Most recently, the ‘Re-Work’ pilot programme has supported Ukrainian refugees entering the UK labour market.
