Due to the scale and complexity of the programme, Gate One supported in programme management, leading core programme workstreams to manage the implementation of the new ERP system across five global go-lives. Together, we designed and implemented new processes to pay all invoices accurately and on time, allowing our client to successfully pay over 130,000 invoices across 100s of external suppliers.
We supported our client in the successful launch of the new solution across suppliers and global sites. The team worked together to improve the right-first-time metrics and reduce invoice delays, improving the success rate of the programme and the relationships with core suppliers. We also supported senior leadership throughout the implementation, guiding and advising on critical go-live decisions.
