Our client, a multinational grocery retailer, wanted to create a future-fit and engaged workforce, empowered by technology, by developing an end-to-end digital colleague experience application from scratch.
Through cross-functional vision and strategy workshops, we were able to define what future capabilities they wanted to deliver. We collaborated with international stakeholders within people and technology to define the core future user journeys, create digital design prototypes and bring the vision of the app to life.
Launching later this year to over 400,000 colleagues globally, the result will be a multi-platform app that continually evolves. Colleagues will be able to access capabilities about their work, skills, career and benefits plus the client will build a more agile workforce across departments and stores.
