Our client, a global consumer healthcare organisation, had designed a new sustainability strategy but needed support embedding it throughout the organisation and in their brands. We were asked to work with the organisation to raise understanding and embed the new strategy, create implementation plans, and develop unique propositions for the different areas of the business.
We helped to embed the strategy through the delivery of several workshops to ensure consistent understanding of the strategy, guides and tools available. We built a ‘community of practice’, including change champions, to provide feedback and embed sustainability changes. We developed meaningful sustainability initiatives across brands. We also managed key projects including the use of sustainability claims and developing internal and external customer communications.
The sustainability strategy is now consistently understood and being executed across the organisation. Key sustainability brand activation will ultimately lead to brand growth and drive greater engagement with consumers.
