At Gate One, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) continues to be huge strategic priority for us. We are committed to inclusive growth as we expand internationally. To create meaningful change for our clients, our people and our communities, we need diverse talent and diverse ways of working. It’s imperative that we attract, retain and develop our diverse team to spur innovation, drive growth and sustain competitive advantage.
To ensure we continue to improve, we have an ongoing commitment to the following DE&I actions.
- To meet our goals, we are assessed against quarterly Gate One DE&I objectives that are reported to our board.
- In addition, our parent company Havas has a ten-point DE&I charter for all its UK agencies to achieve by 2025. We report progress against the charter. To date, we are tracking well, although we still have so much more we want to do this year.
Our managing partner, Tim Phillips, continues to be the partner sponsor for DE&I, highlighting its important to us. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made so far but we want to continue to foster an even more diverse and inclusive culture.
We actively support a number of DE&I communities committed to supporting, respecting and empowering the diversity at Gate One: pride, race and culture, gender equity, and disability and neurodiversity. As well as raising awareness and increasing recognition of the unique experiences that others face, members of these communities exemplify inclusive behaviours and create meaningful change for those we work with and the lives we touch.
Our journey is not complete and it never will be, as we promise to continually improve.
At Gate One, we tackle your toughest challenges and accelerate your boldest ambitions. Our mission is to deliver meaningful change.
