Gate One has announced its expansion into Asia and Europe, further broadening its global footprint. Its strategic growth into both France (Paris) and India (Bengaluru) will enhance its ability to offer clients deep expertise in digital transformation, customer experience (CX), employee experience, operating models, data and AI strategy and marks another milestone in the consultancy’s international expansion strategy.
Founded in 2013, Gate One was acquired by Havas Group in 2019 in a bold move to give its clients access to one of the world’s greatest resources of digital creativity and entertainment. The consultancy subsequently launched in the U.S. in 2022 with a group of highly experienced consultants sitting within the Havas New York village, closely followed by a Dublin based team. They are now joined by teams in India and France.
France
Entering a market estimated at over €22 billion in 2024, Gate One France is positioning itself as an alternative to the large traditional consulting firms. Its objective is clear: to bring targeted expertise in customer experience, marketing and organisational transformation, as well as digital, data and AI/GenAI strategy.
At the helm is seasoned business strategist Orianne Trouillet. CEO of ekino Consulting for almost eight years, she has simultaneously driven CX strategy at Havas. She boasts over 14 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, including working for Orange as its Head of Design and Usability, as well as working for Nortel Networks. Orianne brings together a diverse team with backgrounds in consulting (IBM, Vertone), major corporates (Air France) and specialist fields (cognitive sciences, strategic design, AI and digital), combining organisational agility with the strength of the Havas network.
“In a complex world, it is by bringing together disciplines, experiences, and perspectives that we find the right answers. This approach is particularly valuable in the French market where expectations around transformation are high, but operational execution often remains the weak link. That’s where we make the difference,” said Orianne Trouillet, Head of Gate One France.
India
The India management consulting services market is projected to grow from USD 8.31 billion in 2025 to USD 15.25 billion by 2030. And with digital transformation becoming a mission-critical investment for large corporates in the region, Gate One’s consultancy strength combined with Havas’ creative prowess, will set a new benchmark.
Leading Gate One India is Karan Ingle, previously a Director at Deloitte Digital, who will be responsible for building and scaling the India practice, forging client relationships, and driving innovation across the region. Based out of Bangalore, Karan will report to Ben Tye, Managing Partner, Gate One and Havas India CEO Rana Barua.
“I’m thrilled to lead Gate One’s roll-out in India. This launch represents a powerful convergence of local insight and global transformation expertise, empowering brands to reimagine their customer experience and enterprise operations for the digital age,” said Karan Ingle, Client Director – India, Gate One.
“I am confident we’ll be able to help Indian businesses deliver meaningful change with measurable impact.”
“This is a very exciting time for Gate One as we open new offices in India and France, both vibrant hubs of innovation, talent, and opportunity. A key factor in our decision to join Havas was the opportunity to leverage the group’s geographical reach to provide greater value and service to clients. This marks a significant milestone in our global growth journey to service the needs of clients and deliver meaningful change,” said Ben Tye, Managing Director, Gate One.
“Under Orianne and Karan’s leadership, I have every confidence that Gate One will thrive in both countries and by collaborating with other Havas agencies, we can offer clients a unique, and more creative, consulting experience.“
At Gate One, we tackle your toughest challenges and accelerate your boldest ambitions. Our mission is to deliver meaningful change.
