About the Employee Engagement summit 2025
This year’s Employee Engagement Summit, held in London, brought together senior leaders for a day packed with case studies from some of the world’s largest brands and insights from leading experts in employee engagement.
The world continues to be shaped by trends such as remote and hybrid work, employee wellbeing and the integration of AI and automation. The event was a valuable opportunity to hear in-depth insights on how the world’s leading organisations are tackling these challenges.
We were proud to sponsor this year’s event and be part of the conversation on what’s next.

- How values, ethics and culture must shape the choices we make around AI
- The impact of AI adoption on sustainability and net zero goals
- What managers, leaders and change teams can do to bring people along with them on the journey
