Alex has 20+ years experience in transformation, with a passion for building and leading high performing teams. He has a track record of driving growth across a range of sectors, and is known in the industry for adding value across his clients most strategic initiatives. Alex has a global vision for driving change, including experience with redefining go-to-market strategies and offerings.

Before joining Gate One, Alex led the global PPM group at North Highland as Vice President, defining and driving value across the practice in both the US and UK, as well as leading over 300 people. He is an experienced leader and executive operating at C-suite level, with a passion for developing internal practice areas, people and client accounts. Most recently, he led the design and delivery of an agile transformation programme for an international client, transforming the operating model and ways of working impacting over 8000 employees.
Prior to his time at North Highland, Alex began his career with Accenture in the communications and high tech sector, and then spent four years leading strategic back office transformation for UBS.
Outside of work, you can find Alex enjoying long distance cycling, swimming and marathon running – hopefully not all at the same time!
