Harriet Burrows, Principal at Gate One, has been highly commended as ‘Young Consultant of the Year’ at this year’s MCA Awards 2024.

The judges said Harriet has a “great client focus and a fantastic growth mindset.”
As Principal at Gate One, she leads with a blend of consultancy and coaching, flexing depending on what each client needs the most. As well as getting into her clients’ minds, Harriet enters their hearts with her creative approach to work. This desire to do things differently – and make a difference – has resulted in some impressive outcomes, and she is keen to use her experiences and expertise to help others.
