Our client was forming a major joint venture (JV) to integrate their consumer healthcare organisations and increase their market share, while generating synergies of several hundred million pounds annually.
We supported the scoping and planning leading up to deal completion, followed by the post Day-1 rollout of functional plans, to integrate over 50 markets into the JV. We provided a mix of expert integration professionals, functional leads and change specialists to work alongside our client across numerous functions including digital, marketing, finance, change and communications, and the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) office.
Working with the client team, we were able to deliver the successful integration of the JV by the agreed launch date. We also co-ordinated the next phase on operating models, functional launches, setting up the change function, and planning and implementation across these markets.
