What we do

We’re lucky to work for a business that provides us with safe, inclusive working environments and inspirational professional challenges. We also believe it’s important to use our talents to help others throughout society.

We do this in a variety of ways. Through professional partnerships, where we lend our strategic know-how and commercial thinking to not-for-profit organisations. We also raise funds for our charity partners throughout the year, while giving colleagues opportunities to do more of what they love – from sponsored runs and fitness sessions to bake sales and pub quizzes.

Our Youth Outreach programme reaches out to future generations of workers, with a series of workshops that gives them the knowledge and skills to explore their career options. We also inspire new career choices internally, through the Incubator – a programme that supports employees in their ambition to develop their own startups.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Providing targeted support to our charity partners

We apply our know-how and commercial thinking to help not-for-profit organisations achieve their strategic goals. Our passion for doing socially responsible work allows us to use our skills to give back to the wider community.

MENTORSHIP AND THE INCUBATOR

Inspiring entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds

The distinct combination of our in-house Incubator and consulting capabilities enables us to support the entrepreneurial aspirations of many individuals. The Incubator experience of creation and experimentation helps us solve problems like no-one else.

YOUTH OUTREACH

Empowering young people to take control of their careers

Our youth outreach programme equips young people with the knowledge and skills to understand and explore their career options. Our dynamic workshops inspire young people to rethink key skills, helping their decision-making when making early career choices.

FUNDRAISING AND EVENTS

Supporting life-changing charity projects

Our fundraising efforts throughout the year support our charity partners to fund their strategic goals while allowing our team to do more of what they love – ranging from sponsored runs and fitness sessions to bake sales and pub quizzes.
