Our client, a FTSE 100 travel organisation, was looking to align their sales and marketing functions and platforms across Europe, to reduce operational costs and set up for future growth. With simultaneous changes to multiple functions, they needed an iterative change approach which put employees at the heart, enabling them to carefully land change at the right time for each region and function.

We applied the ChAgile® methodology to create the change strategy structured around three layers of change:

  • coaching and training executive leadership to lead through the change
  • designing and iteratively implementing function operating model changes
  • establishing change networks in regions to land the change on the ground.

Each layer had a bespoke approach and toolkit, drawing on the ChAgile® principles and methodology. Following the success of our strategy, we worked with the central change team to identify further programmes where we could rollout a similar structure.
