Anthony is the country manager for Gate One Ireland. He has nearly 20 years’ experience working with leading global organisations, delivering change across M&A, innovation, commercial excellence and digital transformation. He is an experienced consultancy leader and board member and has worked extensively across the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Anthony is extremely excited about the opportunity to build and grow a new and truly differentiated consultancy in Ireland – serving global and Irish clients alike.
As managing partner, Tim believes in taking a hands-on approach to crafting strategic transformation initiatives across large UK organisations and global businesses. His focus and passion are to enable organisations to make better decisions by asking the right question. As the digital and physical worlds blur, now is a particularly exciting time to be helping ambitious businesses shape their actions for the future and deliver them. David leads the development of our consulting services, new market offerings, partner programme and knowledge management, working closely with our digital, target operating model and people change leads. He believes there is no better time to be in consulting, given the rapid innovation and new digital and data opportunities that sit at the heart of many business transformations. David also leads the delivery across a diverse range of our clients in the travel, technology, property and public services sectors.
Alex leads our financial services sector working principally in Financial Services and the public sector. He has extensive experience of hands-on delivery of high profile, complex global transformation programmes, governance of £multi- billion change portfolios and building organisation’s capability to deliver change themselves. Alex is proud of Gate One’s entrepreneurial spirit and camaraderie. He enjoys developing innovative solutions for transformation challenges and like nothing more than toasting the shared hard yards of a job well done with clients and colleagues.
Nick leads our health and public sector teams at Gate One. He has over 13 years’ experience in consulting and as an economics teacher. He is an expert in translating strategy into real, deliverable priorities to achieve results for senior executive teams. Nick is the partner sponsor for recruitment, resourcing, and learning and development.
Ben leads our retail, consumer business and manufacturing sectors. He specialises in scaling innovation into transformation and had led both lean, agile innovation teams and large-scale programmes. He particularly focuses on the people and cultural change required to create lasting value. Ben has over 25 years of consulting experience.
Pamela is a life sciences value creation, strategic growth and acquisition advisory specialist focused on delivering impressive outcomes for businesses, their employees and their customers. She has a PhD in medical sciences and an executive MBA (both from the University of Oxford). Her career spans drug development, strategy and management consulting within the global healthcare and pharmaceutical arenas.
Mark is the financial and operational lead of Gate One. He manages business planning, financial and performance reporting and controls, pricing, IT and quality, recruitment and HR, resourcing, and brand and marketing. He also heads up the Incubator scheme and leads development on Gate One’s cost optimisation, portfolio management and Board reporting propositions.
James is the Gate One US lead, responsible for recruitment, strategy, business development and operations. James specialises in large-scale IT-enabled change and enterprise portfolio management. He has delivered complex transformation programs across multiple industries. Most recently, James was program director for digital transformation at the UK’s largest grocer.

Sonia leads our people and talent function and is passionate about supporting our diverse talent to thrive in their careers at Gate One. Sonia brings HR experience from public, private and charity sectors and even worked as a people change consultant herself for a few years. She describes her style of HR as pragmatic, empathetic and action-orientated. After having a family, Sonia set up her own HR consulting business supporting start-up businesses with their people strategy. In 2019 Sonia joined Gate One to support our inclusive growth agenda and has helped us weather the covid storm prioritising our team’s health and wellbeing.
Kirsty is finance and operations manager and part of the Executive Committee at Gate One. She manages all core aspects of finance including management accounts, financial reporting, invoices, client engagements, as well as governance, legal and regulatory compliance. Kirsty has worked within finance for consultancies for many years and for the Rugby Football Union.
