Suzi brings over 25 years of experience in customer strategy and digital transformation, innovation, proposition development, marketing strategy and effectiveness. She has helped clients across multiple sectors to understand the value that customer-driven transformation can bring to the core of their business, translating ideas for change into action and ensuring that businesses can deliver effectively against their customer needs to improve operational, consumer, and commercial value.

Before joining Gate One, Suzi was a Partner at PA Consulting, leading its digital strategy and transformation capability, helping clients understand the value that customer-driven transformation can bring to the core of their business. Throughout her career, she has also led and supported multiple programmes that have delivered significant outcomes, such as increasing user retention, enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing costs, and generating new revenue streams. This has included developing and implementing target operating models, change management plans, and business cases that have enabled clients to achieve their strategic goals and vision.
Before her time at PA Consulting, Suzi built her career within integrated agencies including Grey advertising in San Francisco, DDB in London, and Digitas, where she managed the strategy and research function. Since then, she has held leadership roles at Bupa, the BBC, and the Engine Group. Suzi is also a Board Trustee for the London Transport Museum, supporting its strategic direction and governance, ensuring it continues to inspire and engage visitors.
Outside of work, Suzi loves a passion side hustle and has an antique jewellery business. And after recently receiving her level 3 WSET award in wine, she’s also looking to launch a business in the wine trade.
