Upneet Arora joined Gate One in 2017 and has led our consumer health practice to become truly commercially impactful and strategically important. With a broad background in digital and business transformation, M&A, and data and AI, Upneet is known for delivering tangible commercial outcomes and helping differentiate Gate One’s offering in a competitive market. He also played a key role in establishing our presence in India, leveraging his networks to build a strong foundation for growth.

David Forde has been with Gate One since 2019, bringing over 15 years of consulting experience. Since then, he’s played a pivotal role in building our experience transformation practice and was instrumental in establishing our partnership with Workvivo. As a board member of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), David is not only shaping Gate One’s future but also influencing the wider consulting industry in the UK. His achievement of Chartered Management Consultant status has inspired others across the business to pursue the same path, setting a high bar for excellence.
Reflecting on his promotion, David said: “I joined Gate One because I wanted to help shape and grow a firm whose values truly resonated with me – and they still do. The constant throughout my time here has been the people. When you’re surrounded by such high-calibre individuals, you realise how special this place is. Andy O’Neill joined Gate One in 2018 and has become a trusted leader in public sector transformation. Known for turning strategy into operational reality in complex and secure environments, Andy leads with empathy, collaboration and a calm confidence that inspires those around him. Alongside his client work, he has also led our approach to external partnerships and alliances, helping Gate One reach and work with a range of clients that we couldn’t have done alone.
