Nick leads our public sector and health teams. He is a trusted adviser for c-suite and senior clients and is passionate about working on the things that matter most in delivering improved, sustainable care to patients. He has worked across the health sector to help rebalance programmes in favour of empowering teams to deliver lasting benefit and improved quality.
Rob specialises in leading business transformation in the public sector. He began his career in local government and the civil service before moving into consulting where he focuses on designing and implementing new service models to include digital, analytics and organisational design, effectively translating business intent into strategic initiatives to deliver effective and lasting change.
Grace has extensive business transformation experience and a strong track record in strategic design and programme delivery in complex operational and asset-intensive environments. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, working closely with senior leaders in organisations including NHS England, NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Bank of England, BT, GE and HS2 Rail.

As a senior adviser in business and digital transformation and an experienced programme and project leader, Scott has spent the best part of a decade acting as a catalyst for business and digital transformation across Ireland, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. Bringing the capabilities of Gate One to Ireland was a major factor in Scott’s decision to return to the country. He believes that the energy, passion and determination that Gate One brings to everything it does provides clients with a genuine, customer-centric alternative. Scott is excited to be disrupting the local status quo with a compelling alternative.
