Gate One, a growth transformation consultancy specialising in transformation design and delivery, has opened its first UK regional office outside of London with the launch of a new base in Manchester. Off the back of Gate One’s exciting international expansion last year with new offices in Paris (France), and Bengaluru (India), this marks a significant milestone in the firm’s continued UK growth.
Located in the Manchester Havas Village (Circle Square), the new office reflects the firm’s commitment to working closer to its existing clients – particularly as many major organisations continue to expand or relocate activity to the North West. A savvy move considering Manchester is predicted to experience a Gross Value Added (GVA) growth of 2.1% from 2025 to 2028, which outpaces the national rate of 1.6%.
The Manchester office is led by Client Director Emma Bentley and is home to an initial team of five consultants with active recruitment underway to significantly grow in size over the coming months. The team brings strong Public Sector experience alongside the full breadth of Gate One’s business and digital transformation expertise.
The expansion also supports the consultancy’s ambition to attract and retain diverse talent across the UK, delivering on its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) priorities whilst creating meaningful opportunities beyond the capital.
