Our client needed to help operationalise and launch a new consumer health company following a separation. We provided leadership and strategic support across the separation, supporting within the separation management office as well as across global, local and functional workstreams.

We were a key partner in launching the new consumer company’s global corporate brand and identity, and helped implement the new global marketing operating model.

Other support included data disposition management to ensure data was effectively split and migrated, system integration end-to-end support, and technology and device rollout and adoption.

Once the new consumer health company had launched, we provided expertise across change, communications and culture to ensure a positive employee experience and minimise business disruption.
