Our client, a global consumer health company, invited us to reimagine their end-to-end marketing operating model to drive value from a global joint venture. To increase the appeal of their brands and realise their growth ambitions, they needed to create an ecosystem that leveraged an extensive range of capabilities.

We ran Accelerator events to identify global market-specific insights and develop a new consolidated marketing ecosystem. We designed and managed a global change management and communications programme to develop new and more effective ways of working for the team.

Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, we launched and ran successful US pilots while evaluating and onboarding new agency partners. We ensured that must-win market requirements underpinned the operating model. Finally, we readied the US market launch of the new ecosystem and prepared the global team through effective change and communications management.
