Gate One, the digital and business transformation consultancy, is pleased to announce the promotions of Dr Pamela Walker to partner, and Rob Bradshaw and David Forde to client director. All three are based at the company’s UK headquarters in London.
Pamela is Gate One’s first female partner and will join the consultancy’s strategic advisory board, as well as continuing to sit on its executive committee. Rob and David will join the executive committee.
Dr Pamela Walker joined Gate One in November 2020 to lead its life sciences division. As a value creation, strategic growth and acquisition advisory specialist, Pamela is focused on delivering impressive outcomes for businesses, their employees and customers. She has a strong track record of building longstanding C-suite relationships, creating profitable business units and driving significant impact for clients across the life sciences industry.
Rob Bradshaw began his career in the civil service and local government before moving into consulting with a Big Four firm. He joined Gate One in July 2019 to help build the company’s public sector expertise, particularly in local government. His work involves designing and implementing new service models to include digital, analytics and organisational design, translating business intent into strategic initiatives to deliver meaningful change. Rob also supports Gate One’s people development initiatives around DE&I, communications and culture.
David Forde joined Gate One in January 2019 to lead the customer experience capability, having previously held a similar role with a large global consultancy. He has extensive experience in end-to-end customer and digital transformation. His work involves strategy, service design, product leadership and how to enable customer insight-led delivery for clients. With experience of working in both the public and private sector, David is playing a key role in how we grow our offering both in the UK and globally.
