Gate One has promoted Fiona Quinn and Mohammad Ehsanian to Partner, recognising their contribution to the consultancy’s growth, client relationships and specialist capabilities.
Fiona Quinn is a commercial leader with 20 years of global experience across medical devices and pharmaceuticals. She specialises in global launch excellence, asset lifecycle strategy, commercial excellence, strategic marketing and capability building. She demonstrates deep expertise across specialised therapy areas, biologics and rare diseases. Fiona brings a unique perspective, drawing on her nursing background to connect science and patient need to commercial strategy and deliver meaningful business outcomes, resulting in multimillion-pound revenue streams for organisations.
In her new role, Fiona will continue to strengthen Gate One’s Life Sciences practice and its work with clients navigating complex commercial and organisational transformation. She led across global pharmaceutical companies such as GSK, AstraZeneca and Baxter Healthcare before joining Gate One.

Mohammad Ehsanian has been instrumental in developing Gate One’s footprint in Financial Services and Insurance (FS&I). He has over a decade of experience in transformation consultancy, providing clients with confidence in their transformation design and execution. As a business technologist, he is especially passionate about deriving business value from digital and data transformation, finding clients tailored technology solutions based on their unique set of business ambitions.
