Lizzie a plus de 10 ans d’expérience de conseil international en stratégie et transformation opérationnelle. Elle a travaillé dans de nombreux secteurs, notamment les technologies, les télécommunications, les sciences de la vie, et le commerce de détail. Lizzie a mené des programmes complexes de transformation d’entreprises à grande échelle pour des multinationales, tout en travaillant dans plusieurs pays. Lizzie est diplômée de l’Ecole de Management de Strasbourg et a obtenu un MSc de Stockholm School of Economics et un MSc d’University College of Dublin. Elle parle anglais et français couramment.
Ian is an experienced consultant with a strong track record in the delivery of complex, technology-enabled change programmes. Ian has worked across the energy value chain to define enterprise technology visions, develop digital roadmaps and implement IT operating models. He also has a strong M&A background, specifically in separation and pre-deal IT due diligence
Ben has worked with a number of energy and utilities companies. He has a broad industry view of best practice in the electricity sector in particular, having worked across three of the major network operating companies. Ben is a specialist in the RIIO framework and is highly experienced in asset management, business strategy and performance improvement transformations.
